Summary

Cancellation, Refund and Registration Terms

1. Cancellation and Refund Schedule

All requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat at Secretariat@asdp2026.org

Refunds will be determined based on the date of receipt of the written cancellation request, as follows:

  • On or before 30 April 2026: 75% refund of the registration fee, less an administrative fee of SGD 30
  • 1 May – 30 June 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee
  • 1 July – 31 August 2026: 25% refund of the registration fee
  • From 1 September 2026 onwards: No refund will be provided

2. General Registration Terms

  • Refunds will be calculated based on the registration fee paid (inclusive of GST), in accordance with the schedule above.
  • Transaction admin fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable and are charged separately at checkout.
  • Registration is strictly non-transferable.
  • All approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • All queries and requests relating to cancellations should be directed to the Conference Secretariat at the email above.
